Le principe du variateur est connu et largement utilisé sur le marché.
Tout en conservant les principes de base de son fonctionnement, J.COSTA a mis au point une nouvelle génération de variateurs taillés dans la masse et montés sur bagues bronze auto lubrifi ées, qui, sans modifier les caractéristiques du moteur :- Limitent les pertes de puissance ;
- Utilisent la puissance et le couple moteur sur une plage plus large ;
- Améliorent de façon sensible le confort de conduite.
Les variateurs J.COSTA sont déjà installés sur plusieurs milliers de scooters à la grande satisfaction de leurs utilisateurs.
Important : Pour l’installation du variateur, vous devez vous référer à la notice de montage fournie. Le serrage des parties mobiles et des carters doit se faire aux couples préconisés par le constructeur de votre machine, à l’aide d’une clé dynamométrique et non d’un pistolet pneumatique.
